For over 30 years, I have dedicated myself to the vital work of equity and inclusion through a heart-centered, community-first lens. My approach is grounded in the belief that we go to the margins not to change others but to be changed ourselves. I am a Spanish-bilingual, multi-cultural consultant. I have my Bachelor's in Political Science, Juris Doctorate and I'm a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) in executive coaching.
I partner with nonprofits, foundations, educational institutions, and the private sector to provide leadership development, team retreats, and highly engaging experience-based workshops tailored to your mission. From strategy and capacity building to thoughtful evaluation, I bring a reputation for connecting strengths to strategy, and a huge heart to every project.
